ServiceLive Direct, a DBA of Sears, Roebuck and Company, connects customers with one or more independent contractors for home installation, improvement, and repairs.

We have a national network of over 34,000 service professionals that specialize in home improvement and repair services, as well as, product installation, assembly and setup.

Where are you located?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. However, our licensing and service provider network encompass the entire U.S.

Where can I purchase Smart Home products?
Products may be purchased through a wide array of retailers including the Sears Connected Solutions Store.

What is the screening process for the ServiceLive Direct Provider network?
To become approved for the ServiceLive community a service provider must pass a 3rd party background check encompassing:

  • Social Security number tracing
  • A complete 7-year criminal search that includes county, state and national criminal databases
  • Sex offender registry search

All ServiceLive Direct service providers must:

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Meet and maintain necessary insurance and licensing
